You are asked for specific examples of situations and also given scenario based questions an asked to answer how you would deal with the situation. They are looking for technical skills here but also personal attributes and whether you fit into the business. One thing to be aware of for commercial roles is that Willmott Dixon are NOT a commercially aggressive/contractual company. They like to work in collaboration with their supply chain and with their design teams rather than "subby bashing" to earn every bit of profit. You do however need to have a basic of understanding of achieving targets at this level and how you would achieve that target to improve the companies performance financially.
