Tell me 10 things you are not
The programming test was challenging since I had not programmed in many years. There were logic questions on the exam which were pretty easy to answer, but actually writing code was not within the scope of my current skills.

I was asked to do a 10 min. presentation on any topic I wanted to. What is your expected salary?, Why epic?, Why the health care industry?, What would your references say are your weaknesses?, Your strengths?, I also had to do a group case study and a one on one case study as well. At the end of the day I had to take another critical skills assessment test.
When preparing on a collaborative project with four other people, what percentage of the time do you see yourself being the one currently speaking?

The case study portion of the interview was the hardest for me. You're put into a room with another candidate, and between the two of you you're tasked with reading a one page case study in 10 minutes and then outline the solution for the problem outlined. Your interviewer comes back in and then asks probing questions about the case study, your solution, how you reached your solution, and how you would handle other situations not related to the case study.
