Why are you a good fit for the position?
This was upto the candidate to ask, not the interviewer! In a senior position, the sheer experience of the applicant implies they have the basic competencies all in place, so the question had to be about how exciting or fulfilling the job could get to be. A good part of the interview was spent on remembering possible mutual acquaintances between the interviewing group and the candidate.
Where do you find new music?
