What do you think is your least favorite thing about proposals?
All the questions were open-ended with the intention that you could talk through your experience, your point of view on certain job-related matters. Very comfortable, nothing meant to stump you, just gauging that your experience and perspective lined up well with the team.
How do you think your fellow employees see you?
Q: How do you deal with difficult/varying egos? Q: What is your process in putting a proposal together? Q: Are you willing to do all the parts of proposal management (include assembling hard copies, deliveries, etc.).
I’m not comfortable sharing the interview questions but I can say that they would not be difficult for someone commensurate with the role they were looking to fill.
