After several initial interviews, they had me complete a 1-hour mock usability test, in the form of a WebEx interview with a current AnswerLab employee as they navigated two different websites. This required me to submit a moderator guide and set of questions I planned to ask in advance of the exercise. There were few guidelines provided prior to the exercise. This also involved my presenting the findings of this exercise to the entire team via PowerPoint, and delivered via the video conferencing platform WebEx.
