I was specifically ask my desired salary, yet the interviewer didn't have salary target. The state I am in requires companies to disclose at time of interview if asked by a candidate.
What are you most proud of in your career
There were 4 questions in total, focusing on my past work experience and understanding of the role. I was given 1 minute to read the question, prepare the answer, and then only 30 seconds to respond to each one of them. I like elaborating my answers and give a full picture of the situation, so this video interview (my first experience of such interview) seemed very impersonal, concentrating on counting the seconds left to answer instead of the content of what I had to say. I think this was one of the main reasons I did not make it to the second round of interviews.
