Standard questions, but for technical and behavioral - the interviewers really framed it to be "process oriented' i.e., how would you approach this, what are potential steps and why. Honestly, very fair!
Why regulatory compliance ?
Everything is expected for any typical consulting interview. The market-sizing question and technicals were easy. No real surprises.
What do you know about consulting and risk management?
How do you handle deadlines? How do you organize your day/tasks? How would you explain (insert regulation) to someone who didn't work in compliance?
Usual competency based questions: Give and example of…. Tell us a time when….. Complex problems, conflict, challenging situations, challenging the status quo, been entrepreneurial.
