I was in graduate school at the time of the interview, so they basically just asked me questions about my research project and other things I had done in the lab.

Why do I want to work there. What is my experience. Did I leave on good terms from my last jobs. Very generic questions. The person who did the phone interview was not on the hiring committee and did not seem to know a lot.
