they pressed for my weaknesses and failures. How I have failed at something in the past. Why were my pointers low in first year after excellent marks in 10th and 12th. etc. They also had a 3 page analysis of me which was derived by the written test they took.

Rh incompétente, mal polie, ne dit pas bonjour, elle ne m'a poser aucune question pertinente, questions qui nont pas de rapport avec le poste, aucune présentation de l'entreprise, du poste, pressée de partir en pause avec sa collègue, propos incohérent parle de "cadre de fermeture" pour un statut employé tout cela donne une mauvaise image de Monoprix, j'ai pu faire des entretiens dans d'autres enseignes de la grande distribution le processus de recrutement était beaucoup plus sérieux avec des personnes qui connaissait leur métier j'ai d'ailleurs reçu une offre ailleurs.
