Well, we had a lot of difficult cases come through where I worked, because I worked in the department where they screen claims before they go to a hearing. I was trained to handle the difficult questions, and honestly, I really liked it. The job was good for a problem-solving personality like me. Stretching for those types of questions was one of my favorite parts of the job, because if I didn't know the answer I could ask one of the attorneys that have worked in the office for several years longer than me, and even then sometimes they would have to discuss it among themselves for a few days, but they would always follow up and let me know what the answer was, and I learned a lot.
