One of my interviews during the second round office visit consisted of only me asking questions. The interviewer was very aloof and seemed to be testing me based on the types of questions I asked. Come prepared with good, interesting questions (not cliche things)
All questions seemed to be behavioral with a few technical questions here and there. Staff is looking to see if you are a good fit for the company and they want to see why you want to join the company
What would you like to specialised? What was your previous experience? Behavioural questions - if several managers gave your different tasks at the same time and you already have no capacity to take new task, how would you handle and respond?
