The online math skills assessment (to me) was the most difficult part of the process. The assessment is multiple choice, is timed, and is very difficult. The BI interviews can be intimidating if you haven't had one before ("Tell me about a time when you....")

The hiring manager had a list of questions, he was concerned with experiences with quantitative analyses.
