Most of the questions were non-technical. After the on-site interview, I came to know that they are pretty new in the Robotics and unclear as to what they want to achieve. The management is good/kind to give you all the time you need but there is no one technically sound enough(in Robotics) to guide the company through the product development.

The interviewer was 40 mins late without any notification nor any apology. He did not even introduce himself before starting asking questions and I was totally pissed and not in the mood talking to with him at all. The interview questions are mostly what I listed on my resume literally and apparently he was reading my resume for the first time when interviewing me. The 30 mins interview is basically going through my resume. He left not time for me to ask question about the company, the team and the project. No point moving forward with them.
