Bridge case question that someone has mentioned previously. You are asked to buy a piece of land, either plot A or plot B. If a bridge is built on the land it appreciates, but if it doesn't it depreciates. You can only buy one plot of land. Then asked to think through things like expected value of land, expected probability that bridge is built for you to consider purchase at the discount, etc.
