There were some questions about weaknesses and lost sales in the past. I considered the questions as a way to understand my interest in self evaluation and improvement. The questions were not too bad and fair for both of us. They led to a healthy conversation about how to manage challenges and adversity.
They were very sloppy and very unprofessional.
