My interviewers in the office were a sales engineer, a few programmers and the head of sales. Questions ranged from what I was doing to keep current in the field of programming to why I felt I was the right person for the job. Nothing that was created to trip you up, but more of a fact finding mission for them.
Jive's way of doing things is very different from what I was used to, including their classic sales cycle. What was the hardest for me during the interview process was that sometimes I simply didn't really understand what they were getting at with their questions or what they even meant. The good news is, they know that they're doing things differently from most other companies and they didn't mind that I had to ask for clarification or more context on most occasions.

Bulk of the interview is asking you to explain achievements and work/school history from your resume. Basically, they want you to be a convincing and a natural communicator who can represent the company well for a client facing role.

The company is very technical and will modify questions dependent on your technical capabilities. Heavy into thermal and fluid dynamics.

There wasn't a question that really stood outside the job description.
About salary ;) Meaning, they really wanted to know exactly how much you wanted to earn, which bonuses, and how those affect the final amount, gross, net. We spent aournd 7-10 min on this topic even though it was just first interview.
