Most of the questions are designed to find out what you would handle for salary-wages. They ask about your previous employment- to make sure you are unemployed because they get a grant to hire you if you are.
There weren't really any straight questions, just asked to describe your current/former position's work day.
Not to much on salary or benefits and from the first interview until I moved on to round two, did i know it was sales at a sam's club. Now i do not know how long you would be doing that before a full time position with benefits like other jobs but that is something I asked and am waiting on an answer
