Since there is a lot to do with data and info context, you have to be aware of GDPR, confidentiality, regulatory-driven subordination models, etc. IT becomes more and more regulated, so you have to prepare yourself to be a full-round engineer, not just an IT performer, i.e. having basic regulatory and corporation knowledge to understand dos and donts in your workplace, especially in relation with sensitive data and security.
Salesforce Basic and Scenario based questions
General situational based question. Technical interview asked about objects and relationships. Just review a basic admin tech interview questionnaire and you should be fine.
SQL skills and general SFMC knowledge.
There were a few gotcha questions like what is the compiled size limit for formula fields, when are formulas evaluated, etc
