Scenario: Your new guide team (team of teachers) is dedicated to and excited about the ATI mission, aligned with our values and view of education, and they have deep expertise in their respective fields with real world experience to share with students. Each guide has experience working with young people – in summer camps, as parents, or through other endeavors such as counseling or one-on-one consulting, but only half of your team has actually taught in a high school before.
