Technical debt and scope creep
The interview started with a self-introduction, followed by questions about my education, skills, and projects mentioned in my resume. The interviewer asked why I wanted to transition from a technical background to a Scrum Master role and discussed my interest in project coordination and team management. There were a few basic DBMS questions and detailed discussions about my internship and academic projects. The interview also included some aptitude and probability-based questions to assess logical thinking. Towards the end, I was asked situational and behavioral questions related to teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and handling challenges within a team. Overall, the interview was interactive and focused on both technical understanding and interpersonal skills.

First interview was general interview style questions regarding Scrum and Agile. Second onsite interview was a complete curve ball with very complex particle example. All discussion and job description had been about the role being focused on one team, however, the case study provided was more inline with a project management/product owner role. It was very confusing and I believe they struggled to fill the role for a while as other candidates struggled with this "ambush" style interviewing
The interview did not revolve around the standard idea of questions. It was a lot of casual conversation and engaging with team members.
