The in office interview questions seemed to come straight from the 'most common interview questions handbook' such as 'what do you know about the company' 'tell me about yourself' what are your weaknesses' 'how do you handle a busy day' etc.... But the question 'what best practices have you initiated caught me by surprise' as I had not created a formal best practice in my past position.

on a company, need to talk about your insights on the articles and report. Interviewer is nice, time pressure is huge. discussion time is very short.

They were pretty standard behavioral questions. They mostly want to see if you are competent and are a good fit for the culture.
