Most of the questions were based on my prior experience. Had 4 rounds of interviews: 1 with the recruiter + 1 with the hiring manager + 1 with a peer + final panel interview that included a presentation - General cloud concepts - Security - Authorization - Prior customer engagement experiences - Panel interview (I had 30 minutes to present. Make sure that the presentation is well structured. Define the problem, your approach to solving the problem, the options available, selected solution incl technical aspects and finally the impact. Stress on the business impact your solution has!
Try to articulate your experience as a professional, key is ability to communicate and demonstrate your technical know how in the domain that would be relevant to customers. Think about a great customer success story that you've encountered in your career and your impact in improving their bottom line.
Business Interview had general consulting questions about how to work with customers. How to deal with scope creep, difficult situations, how to communicate and deliver value. etc. Technical Interview had very technical questions about Salesforce and Single Sign on Panel interview with 4 people was 30 second elevator speech about you along with a 15-20 minute presentation that was followed by 30 minutes of Q&A by the panel about the presentation and other general questions.
