Not a question, really, but just general comments from the CSM Manager: 1. "I don't like to hire people who have their own ideas about Customer Success." 2. "I hardly ever see my own family." 3. "Now that you've had 45 minutes to talk to me, how would you describe me?"
The Director of Customer Success interviewed me in support of a major client who is located in Charlotte, NC. She commented on my southern accent as if it were a negative. I knew then I was not to expect an offer. This is very upsetting that I was overlooked for having a North Carolina accent when I hold both a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree and have 15 years of relevant experience.

Describe a situation where you went "above and beyond" for a client or customer.
Describe a situation where you had to diffuse an angry client.
They asked me to role play client scenarios to see how I would handle real-world situations and ensure I could navigate tough conversations and deliver a great client experience.
