I was asked to create social media campaigns for two of their subdivisions.
The entire process was great from start to finish. The interview questions included a variety of subjects. It really was the perfect combination of technical and creative interview questions. They asked me about my background, about what appealed to me regarding this position, and about how I handle deadlines, edits, and other aspects of my writing. Some of the questions that I enjoyed the most included: How do you focus? What piece of writing or project are you the most proud of? How do you handle change? The people were so friendly, easy to talk to, welcoming, and responded positively to the questions that I had prepared for them as well. I think they did a good job describing the company culture and ensuring that I would be a good fit for the position. I enjoyed talking to everyone so much, I was sad to have the interviews end after 45 minutes. It was a great experience and I accepted the offer. Ntrepid is an amazing company with very talented and welcoming employees.
