A great variety of questions were discussed during each step of the process. The interviewer asked questions related to specific areas of knowledge, in my case, the Financial Services industry and technology, management style, etc.
Mostly questions around the 14 leadership principals that I studied. I have gotten is trouble at previous employers following the 14 principals. The whole thing was a complete waste of my time and a total recruiting mismatch
There was no question. Basically asked me to intro myself & told me I didn’t fit the qualifications. WTF
