The incumbent in this position will have to coordinate multiple processes at the same time (e.g.: payroll and recruitment), each of which is at a different stage. Furthermore, some of those steps are subject to deadlines, either due to logistic requirements, collective agreements, or policies. What systems and tools will you use to manage your time and priorities?
The interview was very conversational and pleasant with typical interview questions such as tell me what you know about CFA, why do you want to leave your current position, tell me about yourself, etc. I was used to formal panel interviews but this was nothing like that and I felt like I could connect to the person interviewing me.
