Interviewed with 2 hiring managers for 2 categories for this position. Both asked me about my hobbies outside of work and emphasized looking for a culture fit. I was also asked about interest in the role/why Chipotle. I was asked about examples of the projects (RFPs, RFQs, etc.) I have led.

Questions were really basic. About myself and Supply chain management definition and also the reason for choosing this field.
Back ground experience. How do I feel about Excel? Process improvements? Experience with SQL. Nothing out of the blue. It was more a conversation and normal dialogue than an interview. No awkward silence.
