Tell me about a time you challenged the statu quo
Phone interviews: - Basic questions about the past experience, the projects I managed - Some questions related to Amazon 14 principles, my questions were related to Earn Trust, Ownership and Customer Obsession. Onsite interview: - 5 interview sessions (including lunch) - make sure you prepared a few questions in each principles, with examples in STAR format. The skills test was a mobile calendar app with use cases to present a basic calendar view, create an appointment, modify an existing appointment, and a calendar reminder with 2 engineering resources, and a three month period of performance. The questions were all related to a project plan: create a WBS, gather estimates, create a schedule, assign resources, and identify risks.
