All the questions were based on OS and Databases. The questions ranged from Unix shell scripting to SQL and other languages. Mostly various problematic scenarios were given and we should explain how to solve them. Also, write some scripts in order to get the statistics of the processes that are running for too long and how do you identify the problem and resolve it.

They asked for an example of a time where I didn't know the answer to something and I had to research and get back to customer.
How to get second files , first filed of a file? How to get the students who got 85 marks in each subject using UNIX? How to add x marks and round off 100 for each subject using UNIX? How to get the server details? What is DNS and which protocol used for ping?
The questions were mostly behavioral requiring you to describe what you did on certain situations. Of course there were questions which required you to explain why you applied to this role and what makes you special in this role.
