Interview was very general. Approx 1hr. More of interpersonal and personality questions. There were some technical and product related questions but more of how are you as person. Leadership skills, describe you old job, people management, what would you do in a worst situation, how to handle a problem and person, if you are stuck what will you do Can you lead a team and how? Organization skills project timelines and deadlines management
It was surprising for them why I want change my current employer. And make them believe that I will do that.
Please try to be as detailed as possible regarding the technical question, business case, etc.
