They asked me four questions to do with the “4 Is”? For example, When was the last time you have been inspired and inspired someone else?
I was asked about the 4 I's - Innovtion, Intergrity, Inspiration and In Touch. Make sure you read their website Company Overview as they will ask you for examples on how you have achieved the above. The Manager was very nice and I felt quite relaxed.
How would you respond if a colleague challenged your work practices?
What is your sales experience?
If I was able to work weekends and also stay late one day a week.
