Background and experience
Describe how you would add value to an organization that is already nationally known for ots level of excellence.
The questions are about "what is your management style", "what would you do when someone is not meeting expectations" "what specific experience qualifies you for the position" mostly situational hypothetical questions etc.
Do you want to be responsible for your own business?
How many years experience? How would you handle a crisis with a student? They also ask alot of questions about describing (in detail) about a time when you may have gone above and beyond to help a student. Be prepared to answer this question in detail. Hopefully you'll have a few stories if you've been in the business long enough.
