If you're already a barista and looking to move up, the questions shouldn't come as a surprise to you. What areas do you think you can contribute most to as a shift (QASA, coffee sales, CV etc.)? What are your store's current priorities, and how can you help achieve these goals. How does your approach change with new partners vs. partners who may be more senior to you or more difficult to work with? Since BRR and speed of service are currently in focus at my store, there were some more specific scenario-based questions about those things. If your store has current opportunities or challenges, expect to be asked how you would address them-- for example, my store struggled with Gift of the Week sales, and I was asked to pinpoint why that might have happened and how we can improve next year or with other promotions.
