The interview started off with an hour-long conversation with Tracy Hoel (a fantastic recruiter!) to discuss career interest followed by a standard SRE questionnaire. Within a few days Webex Interview set up with one of the Senior Site Reliability Engineer which was about 45 mins. The Webex interview is on Standard SRE questions and programming knowledge about coding/scripting. After the webex interview with the Senior Site Reliability Engineer, it is followed up an onsite interview. Onsite interview consists of coding, Linux, debugging questions & discussion on my current projects with Senior Site Reliability Engineer and TechOps Manager. After the interview with Manager and Senior SRE had an interview with Senior Director and discussed about my current projects, achievements and job details, responsibilities etc. The interview panel including Senior SRE's, TechOps Manager and Senior Director made the environment so comfortable that the whole onsite interview process went smoothly. Throughout the process recruiter Tracy Hoel easily accessible over the chat and always kept me posted for the current and upcoming processes. She is a fantastic recruiter.
