Tell me about a time and how you handle an irate customer, how did you handle it? What would you do if you and a teammate had a collusion on a lead/client, what steps would you take to resolve the conflict?
They don't ask your generic interview questions. They make the interview very personable. They really just got to know me and what I was truly looking for so it wouldn't be a waste of time.
Who were you in high school?
None - on the whole they seemed friendly and communicated well, so questions and answers made sense. However, the upper management team including the CEO seemed more nervous and unprepared than anyone else.
The interview was rather normal, usual question. What do you know what we do, our products and such. Why should we hire you. Have questions for the interviewer, we asked me three times if I had questions to him for which I had. So just research what the Merchant Services are all about.
