The representatives I interacted with seemed uninformed and lacked the necessary expertise to address my concerns. It was a time-consuming and frustrating process, as I had to repeatedly explain my issue to different representatives, only to receive inconsistent and unhelpful responses. This lack of competence and efficiency greatly hindered my ability to resolve the problems I faced.
