I was interviewed for a post , post interview I was told they need to ask the team if they accepted the new post to lead them, then I was told the job no longer was being recruited for. An odd experience I found the questioning style in the interview to not reflect the companies ethos, overall impression a chaotic company with no real focus or ability to achieve its ambitions.
