The Software Engineering Manager role at RoadRunner is quite technical and you're expected to also contribute as an IC. They asked a lot of questions about my approach of mentoring engineers and my approach in writing new features.
- Team work - Growth of your line reports - Communication and leadership I would say nothing that could get you by surprise, but everything was discussed in relationship to real scenarios. No questions out of the book, just day to day experiences and situations to manage.

Behavioural questions and anecdotal experience. Very strong culture fit is required.
