What attracts you to the company?
Questions were focused on being able to work in an unstructured environment as it is a newer company, ability to travel, ability to deal with demanding/difficult clients, walk me through your resume (but more than what's shown), ability to work in an open-environment (no offices even for the executives), and why should they hire you.
There were no "gotcha" questions during any phase of the interview process.

If you’re in the US, just be prepared that the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - while very personable and easy to talk to - does not seem to be aware what questions are illegal to ask here.
