The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. The 1st one was telephonic , which i got through and was invited for an onsite technical interview followed by a managerial round and a HR round. The technical interview process was a bit unconventional. The interviewer had built a website specifically for QA. He expected the interviewee to know the QA process from requirements gathering till the test report submission.

In 1st Technical Round They ask me to introduce myself, asked me about the profile whether am aware or not, asked me about my favorite subject and here started the real interview. They asked me about SDLC, software models, different between then tried to confuse me on that, then difference between Verification and Validation Testing types and all related to software Engg.
Next he asked me about CMMI and ISO levels.
