If you were leader of a project group, what would you do if your idea clashed with the rest of your group members'?
They asked the same questions at the face-to-face interview as they did on the phone interview.
Questions like, "Tell me about a time when you changed a policy" or "Describe a time when you championed a cause" and similar nonsense. Seemed more like middle management type questions not questions applicable to the position or my technical qualifications.
How about one thing they DIDN'T ask me which was how I felt about taking a part-time contract with inconvenient hours?
I was asked about my clinical and educational background, therapeutic experience, types of projects I had written for in the past, clients I had worked with, etc.
