One interviewer asked for me to write out a Google X ray, LinkedIn boolean and Github search strings by memory, really? Most sourcers have that written down on a doc and not memorized. Memorizing this doesn't make you a good sourcer when there are plenty of other methods for finding talent. In the end I feel they made their mind up before interviewing me already and just wasted my time. Overall this was a terrible interviewing experience.
