Ther were no difficult or unexpected qustions, this only because of background in the industry.
Standard questions relating to experience etc..
-Senario based questions that must be answered thoroughly with much detail. -You must be absoloutly truthful with everything. FBI Agents are highly trained interviewers and can easily detect deception.
General background, interests etc.
Work through engineering related static and dynamic problems on the whiteboard designed to assess your problem solving skills and knowledge of the fundamentals. They weren't the hardest problems nor were they elementary either.
Had different case scenarios on potential challenges and how you'd resolve them
