I don't remember the exact wording but they were all behavioral in naming situations that were difficult with patients/family and how I dealt with them. How did I deal with a stressful situation and the outcome.

Nothing in particular that stands out. Just be yourself.
A customer comes in exasperated. The customer explains that the item they were recommended had an ingredient in it that their son/daughter is allergic to and that they had previously explained to the Team Member who recommended said product, that the allergy was present. How do you handle this situation so that the customer is satisfied and wants to come back to Whole Foods?
Why Whole Foods? Why did you apply? What are you passionate about? What would you pair with proscetto? What is the difference between champagne and sparkling wine? What would you do if you were busy at the cheese counter, wrapping a selection, when a customer approached you asking for help in another department?
