all competency questions, no technical questions at all. Competency questions mainly took form of "tell me one time when you displayed... (skill), skills mentioned includes leadership, teamwork, work under pressure, negotiation skill, ability to work under pressure. Several follow up questions basing on the answers provided for more elaboration etc

all competency questions, no technical questions at all. Competency questions mainly took form of "tell me one time when you displayed... (skill), skills mentioned includes leadership, teamwork, work under pressure, negotiation skill, ability to work under pressure. Several follow up questions basing on the answers provided for more elaboration etc

Why JP Morgan? Why investment banking? Why the specific spring week? Times teamwork went well/ didn't go well, time I had to work with someone difficult, time a project didn't go to plan/what would I have changed, time I had to analyse a lot of information/would I have done anything differently
