I had two rounds of Technical interviews with client Team Leads. They evaluated me on technical skills, communication, willingness to quickly adapt and learn etc. Then they took their time and finally after two weeks I was informed to attend a Managerial round of interview. In this session I was evaluated on technical skills and my ability to match completely with their Job Description document. My salary expectation and future career aspirations were also involved in the discussion.
