What qualities do you have that would benefit you in a position that combined art and construction departments?
They specifically wrote the questions for my skillset. Example, what would you do if a client didn't like the art direction during a presentation? How do you respond/handle the situation? There were 10-30 questions per person similar to this. Also a lot of questions around brainstorming/collaboration processes.

They asked about sources of design inspiration, work practices, etc. Pretty standard.
