Is it a worthwhile , valid problem statement to understand, evaluate a candidate? This interview lasted only for 30 minutes even though it was scheduled for 1 hour and He concluded that I am fit for Principal Engg and Not for EM. During the interview starting time he clearly said that he will ask 2 to 3 questions and it will take only 30 minutes. He did not ask any questions related to EM role and low Level design questions as well. He totally wasted my time and there was no difference between the previous round and this round. While I was explaining he was writing something and did not even bother to listen. So don't waste your time attending these company interviews.
