5 Strengths/Weaknesses
Only one interviewer had questions prepared ahead of time and they were basic arithmetic questions and some excel and business questions. The other interviews were not structured and consisted of basic interview questions such as "Tell me about yourself", greatest accomplishments, areas for improvement, etc.
