They asked many standard questions related to the position to ensure you are capable of handling the work. The panel interviews had the dual purpose of ensuring you have the skills to do the job, but also making sure you're the right fit for the role and team. However, one of the questions that threw me off-guard when we were discussing a potential area of concern was "would this make you happy?". I've never been asked this before. That level of genuine interest in my happiness isn't something you find at every employer. Needless to say, the concern became a non-concern very quickly.
